The Floor In-Charge is responsible for supervising daily floor operations coordinating staff ensuring smooth customer handling and maintaining discipline cleanliness and productivity on the showroom or service floor Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day floor activities in service area Coordinate with service advisors technicians and support staff Ensure proper customer greeting guidance and issue resolution Monitor job cards vehicle movement delivery schedules and pending works Maintain floor discipline punctuality and work allocation Ensure cleanliness safety and 5S standards on the floor Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when required Monitor staff performance and support training needs Ensure company SOPs and manufacturer guidelines are followed Support management in achieving sales service targets Skills Requirements Diploma Degree Any discipline preferred 2-5 years experience in two wheeler showroom or service operations Good communication skills Tamil basic English preferred Strong leadership and team handling ability Knowledge of two wheeler service or sales process Basic computer knowledge DMS MS Excel preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
