About Oshkosh AeroTech an Oshkosh company Oshkosh AeroTech is a leading provider of aviation ground support products gate equipment and airport services to commercial airlines airports air-freight carriers ground handling and military customers Oshkosh AeroTech offers products that make a difference in people s lives by supporting those in our communities who do some of the toughest work They own many of the most trusted brands in the air transportation industry including LEKTRO JetAire JetPower AmpTekO Jetway and more Review documents and work with engineering to provide feedback to customers Process required documents for customers material impact and coordinate inputs into established documents Manage BOMs structure and entries Support document control activities outlined in the quality systems procedures YOUR IMPACT Analyze and process Engineering Change Notice ECN forms Enter log distribute and maintain database with detailed information of all ECNs Provide follow-up regarding engineering changes Oversee Manufacturing Requirement Product MRP systems processes including but not limited to Bill of Materials BOMs work orders job orders etc Complete Engineering Change Request ECR reports and others as required Continually review ECN process to implement improvements Revise ECNs to expedite processing where necessary Review drawings and BOM s for accuracy Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company s discretion QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combined education and experience Prior design engineering experience in a related industry preferred Demonstrated mechanical aptitude robust analytical scientific technical problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a root cause driven approach to solutions Ability to create detail assembly and layout drawings are a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and workload demands
