Job Purpose Job Purpose Description This position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works - Sedam Karnataka Officer Senior Officer JB 11 To manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment performance management compensation advantages Recruitment - Talent Acquisition Retention Recruitment selection at all level on continuous basis requirements Coordinate in overall recruitment process activities like sourcing selection and on-boarding of hires Performance Management - Assist to complete individual performance goals and capturing midyear and annual review completion within the stipulated timeframe and initiation of annual increment and promotion upgradation To drive continuous feedback culture and encourage employees and managers to use PingMe at all levels Compensation Management - To monitor and update data of compensation of all employees and maintain data of the pay outs HR Policies and Systems Plan - Ensure monitor implementation of all HR policies systems processes in line with HR philosophy of Business Group Organization Structure - Drive Organization Structure Manpower Planning Ensure preparation finalization implementation of department wise ideal organization structures
