Role Overview The HR Executive - IR Factory HR is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the plant ensuring harmonious industrial relations statutory compliance employee engagement and effective coordination with workmen unions contract labor and government authorities Key Responsibilities 1 Industrial Relations IR Maintain harmonious relations between management workmen and unions Assist in handling union negotiations grievance redressal and disciplinary actions Participate in works committee safety committee and other statutory meetings Support implementation of standing orders service rules and policies at the plant Maintain documentation related to IR including notices warnings enquiry proceedings etc 2 Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws Factories Act ID Act Payment of Wages Act Minimum Wages Act CLRA POSH Act PF ESI Professional Tax LWF etc Prepare and maintain statutory registers returns and records Coordinate with government bodies for inspections audits and submissions Manage contractor compliance including monthly audits and documentation checks 3 Factory HR Operations Manage attendance leave administration and manpower planning for staff and workmen Oversee contract labor management gate pass control and shift scheduling Support payroll inputs overtime calculations and wage administration Implement HR policies systems and processes at the plant Maintain accurate HRIS and employee master data Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in any stream Master s degree in HR Industrial Relations MSW MBA HR is preferred 2-3 years of experience in IR and factory HR operations Robust understanding of labor laws statutory compliance and factory operations Experience in union handling preferred Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools Interested candidates can share their resume on shivangee khatik technoconservices com or (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience IR Factory HR 2 years Preferred Location Kasba Industrial Estate Kolkata West Bengal Required Work Location In person
