We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Engineer to oversee site activities for construction The candidate will be responsible for site execution supervision quality control and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project Job Skills Regularly liaise with subcontractors architects engineers surveyors planners supervisors anyone else involved in the project Frequently meet with the client to update them on the progress of the project Monitor and interpret technical designs and drawings ensuring they are applied correctly Negotiate agree and oversee with quantity surveyors the choice and price of materials to be utilized on the project Set out level and survey the site Manage the site on a day-to-day basis Provide cost-effective proposals solutions and alternatives for the project Make sure projects meet agreed specifications budgets and deadlines Provide technical advice and solve any on-site problems that occur Prepare and create site reports as well as complete any necessary paperwork Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed It s not always required but for some projects you ll have to communicate with the local authority to make sure you comply with local regulations and by-laws Qualifications Skills B TECH B E in civil Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer with exposure to construction industry Knowledge of site execution QA QC AutoCAD Strong understanding of civil materials Positive communication and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Industry Construction Engineering Work Location Dibrugarh Assam Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Dibrugarh Assam Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Civil engineering 5 years Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
