Company Overview VSA Foods Beverages Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer in the coconut-based food products industry specializing in high-quality coconut milk and coconut powder We are committed to natural purity food safety and innovation delivering premium products to domestic and international markets Our state-of-the-art facilities and skilled teams drive operational excellence and ensure superior product consistency Role Description We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end production operations of our Coconut Milk and Coconut Powder division The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in food processing production planning quality control manpower management and process optimization The role involves ensuring maximum production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety hygiene and product quality Key Responsibilities Production Planning Execution Plan organize and monitor daily production operations to meet output and quality targets Develop and implement effective production schedules aligned with sales and dispatch requirements Process Control Quality Assurance Oversee all stages of processing from coconut reception extraction filtration pasteurization UHT processing spray drying and packaging People Management Training Lead train and motivate production supervisors operators and line workers to ensure high performance and discipline Allocate manpower effectively across shifts and sections to maintain smooth operations Promote a culture of safety teamwork and accountability across the production floor Equipment Maintenance Ensure that all processing and packaging machinery are in optimal working condition through preventive maintenance coordination with the engineering team Maintain proper sanitation CIP SIP systems and plant hygiene as per food industry standards Reporting Documentation Prepare and maintain daily weekly production reports process parameters yield analysis and downtime records Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records of production cleaning and equipment logs Continuous Improvement Innovation Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce losses Collaborate with R D and Quality teams for new product trials and scale-up operations Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and cost-saving projects Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s Degree in Food Technology Food Science Dairy Technology Engineering or a related discipline 5-10 years of hands-on experience in food or beverage production preferably in coconut-based dairy or plant-based processing units Strong knowledge of UHT processing pasteurization spray drying evaporation and aseptic packaging Proven experience in managing large production teams and achieving operational KPIs Exposure to export-oriented manufacturing and international quality standards is preferred Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP-based production tracking systems will be an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
