Job Title Senior Accountant Department Accounts Finance Designation Level Senior Executive Reporting To Finance Manager Accounts Head Location Dhagadmal Pardi Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage overall accounting functions financial reporting and statutory compliance The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial records supporting audits managing team coordination and assisting management with financial planning Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Finance Operations Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries ledger posting and vouchers Finalization of monthly quarterly and annual accounts Preparation of Profit Loss statement Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Maintain and review General Ledger GL accounts Ensure proper accounting treatment as per accounting standards 2 Taxation Compliance Handle GST return filing GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 etc Manage TDS calculations and filing 24Q 26Q etc Handle Income Tax workings and coordinate with tax consultants Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC and Professional Tax Stay updated with tax laws and government regulations 3 Reconciliation Controls Perform bank reconciliation vendor reconciliation and customer reconciliation Inventory reconciliation and stock verification Ensure control systems for financial transactions and prevent errors fraud Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies 4 Reporting MIS Prepare monthly MIS reports for management Support financial budgeting and forecasting Analyze financial data and provide timely reports on expenses and revenue Assist in financial planning and cash flow management 5 Audit Coordination Handle internal and statutory audits Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for smooth closure Provide required documents and clarifications during audits 6 System Team Management Work on accounting software like Tally SAP ERP systems Supervise junior accountants and guide them in day-to-day tasks Help improve accounting processes and internal systems Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards IND-AS Valuable working knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax Proficiency in Tally SAP or any ERP software Advanced Excel knowledge VLOOKUP Pivot MIS reports Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Qualification Experience B Com M Com CA Inter CMA Inter MBA Finance preferred Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
