Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition employee relations compliance and HR operations ensuring alignment with company goals This role requires a proactive leader with strong expertise in HRIS systems employment law and strategic planning to foster a positive workplace culture and drive continuous improvement across all HR functions Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives including talent management succession planning and organizational design Oversee talent acquisition processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as Workday Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts conducting employee evaluations and facilitating effective communication across teams Administer benefits programs payroll processing through systems like ADP or Paychex and workers compensation claims Ensure compliance with employment labor law OSHA regulations and company policies manage contracts and legal documentation Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and engagement through training development programs Supervise HRIS data collection analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making Oversee HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences Implement process improvements for HR operations using tools such as Kronos or UltiPro to optimize efficiency Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning change management and organizational restructuring efforts Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role Extensive knowledge of employment labor law FMLA regulations OSHA standards and workers compensation procedures Demonstrated success in talent acquisition employee relations performance management and benefits administration Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday Oracle HCM UltiPro SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems like Paylocity or Ceridian Strong negotiation skills along with excellent communication and presentation abilities Experience in strategic planning process improvement initiatives and managing HR programs at an organizational level Ability to analyze data for workforce planning and decision-making purposes using data collection tools like Kronos or ADP analytics modules This role offers an opportunity to lead a agile HR team within a forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a positive work environment through innovative human capital management practices Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule
