Job Summary The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for monitoring controlling and maintaining accurate stock levels across all departments in the hypermarket The role ensures proper inventory records timely stock replenishment coordination with purchasing and warehouse teams and minimizing stock loss through effective control systems Key Responsibilities Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving storing issuing and recording materials Conduct regular physical stock checks and verify against system records Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure real-time data updates in the ERP system Monitor slow-moving fast-moving near-expiry and out-of-stock products and report to management Coordinate with suppliers purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock reports for management review Implement loss-prevention measures to reduce stock discrepancies and wastage Ensure proper labeling storage and protected handling of all products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory and warehouse areas Supervise and guide stock controllers storekeepers and receiving staff Conduct periodic audits and assist in yearly quarterly stock counts Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
