Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions across departments such as R D QA QC Production Marketing Sales and Operations Identify hiring needs by coordinating with department heads and understanding role requirements Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn references campus hiring and other channels Screen resumes conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain and update recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases Assist in onboarding activities including documentation joining formalities and induction coordination Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards during the recruitment process Support HR team in additional tasks such as employee engagement attendance HR operations and training coordination when required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
