Position Senior HR Recruiter Location Vikhroli West Mumbai Experience Minimum 7 Years Package Maximum upto 10 LPA Key Responsibilities Strategy Planning Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and work with leadership on workforce planning Sourcing Outreach Proactively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn job boards social media employee referrals and talent databases Candidate Assessment Screen resumes conduct initial phone or video interviews and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit Interview Process Management Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams ensuring a positive candidate experience Talent Pipeline Building Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and develop strategic talent pipelines Employer Branding Enhance employer branding initiatives and communicate job opportunities effectively to attract high-caliber talent Reporting Metrics Manage the Applicant Tracking System ATS and provide regular reports on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve strategies Mentorship Provide guidance mentorship and leadership to junior recruiters and other members of the talent acquisition team Skills Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role Experience in Bulk Hiring Education A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is often required with a Master s degree being a plus Communication Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective engagement with candidates and internal stakeholders Job Type Full time Pay Up to 1 000 000 00 per year Experience Recruiting 7 years Required Bulk Hiring 1 year Required Non IT Recruitment 4 years Required Work Location In person
