Urgently Required Senior Officer - Store Experience 01-03years Salary Negotiable Location Gida Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh -273209 Opening 1 Qualification Skills Graduation 01 - 03 years experience Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Responsibilities Duties - Senior Officer - Store Manage the store teaming with Co-workers following the SOP To issue material as per the requisition slip given by the respective departments requisition slip should be filled out and signed by concerned in-charge Supervisor and also maintain its relevant record properly To get issue slip signed by concern supervisors whenever RM is issued and keeping its proper record To do following things related to the samples received at factory - a On receiving of samples intimation has to be given to Purchase Department at Corp off at the same time such samples to be sent to Q c deptt for quality check b Maintaining separate register for all the Samples c In case of rejection of samples by the Q c deptt information to be given to purchase department Corp office within 48 hrs stating the proper reason On receiving of the goods- a Verifying the goods and to obtain delivery note from transporter b Carrying out physical counting c To get its quality checked as per norms by Q c deptt d In case quantity is found to be lesser than mentioned in invoice immediate information to be given to purchase department e If everything is found to be okay then keeping the goods in the store Ensuring that all the materials are kept in order and safely in the store To prepare stock report on a daily basis and send it to concerned officials on scheduled time on every day till 11 00 am To send all Invoices biltyees to accounts section corp office before 01 00 pm on following day To maintain and keep records of such invoices biltyees Ensuring that all raw materials are issued on FIFO basis As and when it requires recommending for issuing debit notes to vendors Getting physical verification of stock done in every 3 month in the presence of purchase officer Kindly share resume on hr hitechsyringes com hr fairmedics in Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Application Question s Have you experience in Sap Have you experience in Tally Work Location In person
