Company Overview Avilash Engineering Corporation is a leading supplier of mechanical and automation solutions catering to industrial sectors We specialize in the sales and support of high-quality mechanical components industrial automation systems and customized control panels Our mission is to empower industries with cutting-edge engineering products and services Job Summary The Panel Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales of electrical control panels and related automation products to OEMs system integrators and end-users in the manufacturing and process industries The role requires strong technical knowledge combined with sales acumen to offer appropriate solutions build client relationships and meet revenue targets Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities for panel products and automation solutions Generate leads through field visits cold calls exhibitions referrals and online sources Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients OEMs integrators consultants Technical Consultation Understand client requirements and suggest suitable panel configurations automation components and solutions Provide technical presentations and product demos to customers Coordinate with design engineering teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations Quotation Negotiation Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with internal teams Negotiate pricing delivery and commercial terms with clients Close sales deals and achieve monthly quarterly targets Project Coordination Liaise between customer and internal teams during project execution Ensure timely delivery installation if applicable and after-sales support Market Intelligence Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs Provide feedback to management for product and strategy development Qualifications Experience Education Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Mechanical Engineering Experience 2-5 years in technical sales preferably in Control Panels LT Panels MCC PLC Panels etc Industrial Automation PLC HMI VFD SCADA Sensors Mechanical and electro-mechanical components as applicable Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
