Job description Job Title Civil Manager Location Mumbai Central Western Line Department Civil Projects Reports To Project Head Director Senior Management Salary budget 15 000 - to 20 000 - Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee plan and manage all civil engineering and construction activities The role involves managing site execution project planning budgeting vendor coordination quality assurance and ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Plan execute and supervise all civil construction and infrastructure activities Prepare project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans Ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and statutory regulations Manage contractors subcontractors and vendors for timely execution of projects Coordinate with architects consultants and internal teams for smooth workflow Monitor daily progress resolve site-related issues and escalate concerns if required Maintain proper documentation progress reports and project records Conduct quality checks to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards Ensure health safety and environmental HSE compliance at all project sites Train guide and supervise site engineers and project staff Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering BE in Civil 6 months to 2 years of experience in civil engineering construction project management Strong knowledge of construction methods project management and building codes Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office tools Solid leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in vendor negotiation budgeting and cost control Key Competencies Leadership Team Management Project Time Management Decision Making Quality Safety Focus Analytical and Negotiation Skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
