We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with over 2 years of experience in residential construction projects to join our team in Vagamon Kerala The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities ensuring construction quality and safety coordinating with contractors and maintaining progress reports Candidates with a Diploma or B Tech in Civil Engineering strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations are preferred Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute daily construction activities at the residential project site Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings structural designs and technical specifications Manage labor teams subcontractors and site supervisors to meet project deadlines Monitor and enforce quality control and safety procedures in compliance with local regulations Maintain and update daily site reports material usage logs and progress documentation Coordinate with engineers architects and project management teams for smooth site operations Oversee material procurement storage and usage to minimize wastage Identify on-site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or similar civil site work Strong knowledge of construction methods structural drawings and material specifications Ability to manage teams and ensure timely completion of site activities Two wheeler and license required Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
