We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible assistant accountant with robust knowledge of Gati software The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Gati Software Handle accounts payable receivable ledger reconciliation and journal entries Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Assist in preparing GST TDS and other tax-related filings Support in generating monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and financial reviews Ensure timely billing invoicing and vendor client account management Assist in inventory and stock accounting as per company requirements Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountant manager Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in commerce accounting finance or related field 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant Assistant Accountant Strong hands-on knowledge of Gati Software Familiarity with GST TDS and other Indian accounting standards Good knowledge of MS-Office Excel Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in a jewelry or retail business environment Working knowledge of advanced Excel functions Pivot Tables VLOOKUP MIS reporting Compensation As per industry standards Based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
