We re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager ASM to lead and grow our retail and general trade footprint in Guwahati and the North East region Key Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory Guwahati North East Appoint manage grow distributors and sub-stockists Ensure numeric weighted distribution growth across general trade Own outlet-level execution visibility planograms schemes etc Monitor and achieve monthly targets in volume value and visibility KPIs Train lead and energize a team of Sales Officers Analyze competitor activities and field intelligence to course-correct market strategies Regular beat planning and market visits to ensure ground-level execution Who We re Looking For 5-8 years of sales experience in FMCG D2C brands Robust experience in North East market handling is a plus Proven expertise in distributor channel management and retail execution Go-getter attitude with strong communication and team management skills Fluency in the local language Assamese is an added advantage Base Location Guwahati Assam
