- Robotics Senior TrainerPosition Overview We are looking for an experienced and innovative Robotics Senior Trainer to lead robotics education mentor trainers and drive advanced projects in our Robotics Lab The Senior Trainer will design training modules oversee student and faculty engagement and lead participation in robotics competitions innovation programs and industry collaborations Key Responsibilities Lead robotics training programs for students at advanced levels school college institute Design develop and implement advanced robotics curriculum and project-based learning modules Mentor and supervise junior trainers instructors to ensure quality training delivery Guide students in complex robotics projects automation systems AI IoT and mechatronics applications Prepare teams for national and international robotics competitions and hackathons Collaborate with academic leadership to integrate robotics into STEM STEAM curriculum Conduct workshops faculty development programs and outreach activities Ensure proper maintenance upgrading and effective use of robotics lab infrastructure Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics artificial intelligence machine learning and automation incorporate innovations into training Build industry and academic partnerships to enhance robotics exposure and opportunities Required Skills Competencies In-depth knowledge of robotics embedded systems AI IoT automation and mechanical prototyping Strong programming expertise Python C C Java ROS Scratch MATLAB etc Hands-on experience with robotics kits Arduino Raspberry Pi LEGO VEX etc and industrial robotics platforms Familiarity with CAD tools 3D printing and sensor actuator integration Strong leadership mentoring and team management skills Excellent problem-solving innovation and project management abilities Strong communication and presentation skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Robotics Mechatronics Electronics Mechanical Computer Science or related field Professional certifications in Robotics Automation or AI preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics training research or industry application Proven track record in mentoring students for robotics projects competitions Work Workplace State-of-the-art robotics and automation lab Leadership role with opportunities to innovate and implement new technologies Collaborative environment with educators researchers and industry experts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 945 85 - 30 232 37 per month Work Location In person
