Key Responsibilities Develop and simulate digital manufacturing models using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or Process Simulate Analyze production systems to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput and resource utilization Create and validate 3D simulations for robotic welding assembly or material handling processes Work with cross-functional teams to support digital factory planning and line balancing Generate simulation reports and documentation for decision-making support Assist in integrating simulation models with production data for real-time analysis Support continuous improvement activities through simulation-based studies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field 1 year of hands-on experience with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or Process Simulate Basic understanding of manufacturing systems process flow and layout planning Familiarity with discrete event simulation concepts Good knowledge of automation systems and production workflows Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint experience with simulation reporting is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Experience 1 Year in Process Simulation using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or Process Simulate Job Type Full Time Job Location Pune
