Experience Required Minimum 10 Years High-Rise Construction Projects Qualification BE B Tech Civil Mechanical Electrical or equivalent ADIS Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety - Mandatory We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and manage the safety function at our high-rise construction projects in Gurgaon The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and monitoring EHS practices at large-scale high-rise building sites ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and fostering a culture of safety among workforce and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor project-specific safety plans policies and procedures Ensure compliance with national safety regulations codes and standards applicable to high-rise construction Conduct regular site safety inspections audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions Lead incident accident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions Conduct toolbox talks safety induction and training programs for staff workers and contractors Coordinate with project management consultants and client representatives on all EHS matters Maintain all EHS documentation permits and statutory records Promote safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture across the project site Requirements 10 years of experience in construction safety with at least 5 years in high-rise construction projects Strong knowledge of EHS regulations construction safety practices and statutory compliance Excellent communication leadership and team management skills Ability to handle safety management independently at large and complex project sites Compensation Market-competitive salary based on experience and qualifications How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated CV to hr hkuk in Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
