Role Overview Tiffinbox Techy Foodie Tern LLP is seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Purchase Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and manage procurement activities The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen maintain food quality standards manage staff and handle vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective purchases Key Responsibilities Kitchen Management Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations and staff performance Ensure food preparation cooking and serving meet company quality and hygiene standards Plan and manage kitchen schedules shifts and workload distribution Monitor stock usage wastage and implement cost-control measures Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth service execution Purchase Management Identify and select reliable suppliers vendors for raw materials and kitchen essentials Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and maintain quality Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of stock Maintain proper records of purchases invoices and inventory Conduct regular audits of stock and manage reorder levels efficiently Requirements Mandatory Previous experience in kitchen and purchase management Valid Driving License Age limit 30-35 years Strong knowledge of food safety hygiene and kitchen operations Good negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively Benefits Market-competitive salary as per company norms Food and accommodation provided by the company Growth opportunities within the organization Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
