Travel Agent We are seeking a dynamic Travel Agent to manage travel arrangements for business and leisure purposes You will deliver tourism-related services and package tours in collaboration with our suppliers ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty for future engagements Responsibilities Plan and sell transportation accommodations and other travel services Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations transportation modes travel dates costs and accommodations Provide travelers with accurate information brochures and publications e g guides maps customs regulations events Manage bookings for transportation and accommodations and handle payment collections Develop and promote customized tour packages using innovative sales techniques Address travel-related issues complaints and refunds professionally and promptly Stay updated with tourism trends by attending travel seminars and workshops Maintain client records and input data into the company s software system Build networks with tour operators and industry stakeholders Monitor and maintain statistical and financial records to meet profit and sales targets Requirements Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field mandatory Proven sales experience in B2B travel is an advantage Freshers with robust communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply Excellent communication negotiation and networking abilities Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends particularly for Dubai Thailand and Kashmir Strong organizational and customer service skills Personal travel experience is a plus Schedule Full-time day shift Location Lajpat Nagar Delhi - 110024 Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting If you re enthusiastic about the travel industry and ready to create memorable experiences for clients we d love to hear from you Freshers are welcome to apply and grow with us Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
