Job Title Tax Sr Analyst Reports to Tax Associate Manager Career Level Level 10 Workforce Enterprise Location India - Mumbai Pune Language Fluent English Skill Track Finance - Overall Responsibility The Intercompany Sr Analyst is a senior member in the Intercompany Accounting Group in India The main objective of the role is to ensure the financial accuracy and reconciliation of the intercompany positions between Accenture entities at global level preparation submission of various reports on monthly yearly basis support the tax and transfer pricing request to achieve tax compliance and contribute in initiative and ad-hoc projects Role Expectations Actively participate in month-end quarter-end intercompany close Support stakeholders on urgent or special queries Build sound understanding of intercompany concepts policies and procedures Answer or research questions regarding intercompany invoicing settlement related taxes Collaborate with controllerships and area tax leads in intercompany related reporting Prepare reports for internal controls related to intercompany invoicing settlement withholding tax and consolidation elimination and support in processing required Journals Provide accurate and timely financial information to enable leadership to make key business decisions Contribute to internal training preparing and maintaining end-user procedures Be able to work in a versatile stretched working time during close period Qualifications Inter CA or Inter CMA Inter with min 3 years of accounting experience Bachelor s degree and above in Accounting Finance with 5 years of accounting experience preferably in intercompany accouting Required Experience Knowledge of business finance and accounting fundamentals including U S Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP Exposure to SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP applications will be added advantage Sound working knowledge of MS Office Programs Excel PowerPoint Access Power BI Ability to handle voluminous data work within deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to assertively communicate with global teams Self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment Ability to interact effectively with various groups Initiative and problem-solving ability Capable of working independently with limited supervision
