We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in order processing and a strong understanding of purchase processes Knowledge of SAP Business One SAP B1 is preferred Responsibilities Handle end-to-end order processing activities Coordinate with sales warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries Maintain accurate records in ERP preferably SAP B1 Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status Assist in vendor negotiations and ensure cost-effective procurement Support inventory planning and stock management Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing purchase department Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP system is an advantage Strong understanding of purchase and supply chain processes Excellent negotiation and communication skills Positive analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
