Job Profile Marketing and Operation ExecutivePosition Summary The Marketing and Seminar Executive is responsible for planning promoting and executing marketing activities including seminars workshops and events to create brand awareness generate leads and engage prospective students clients This role bridges marketing strategy with on-ground execution and requires excellent communication and presentation skills Key Responsibilities Marketing Promotion Plan and execute marketing campaigns offline to promote company services Manage social media email campaigns and local advertising for event outreach Build and maintain relationships with colleges institutions and student groups Seminar Event Management Organize and conduct seminars workshops and orientation sessions Deliver engaging presentations on study abroad opportunities career paths or services Coordinate with venues vendors and college university partners Handle registration logistics and feedback collection from attendees Client Student Engagement Address queries of students parents during and after seminars Collect leads and follow up with interested participants for conversion Build a professional rapport with students parents and institutional stakeholders Market Research Reporting Research student trends competitor activities and industry updates Provide regular reports on seminar attendance leads generated and conversions Suggest improvements for future marketing and seminar strategies Required Skills Competencies Solid communication and public speaking skills Knowledge of marketing strategies digital offline Event management and coordination abilities Confidence in handling large groups of students parents Networking and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office Word PowerPoint Excel Canva or similar tools is a plus Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field Prior experience in marketing student counseling or event management preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
