- Business Analyst Position Business Analyst Location Pune Company Indiano Chrome Private Limited About Indiano Chrome Pvt Ltd Indiano Chrome Pvt Ltd Is a leading player in the metals and mining sector specializing in ferrochrome and allied products with a strong commitment to operational excellence innovation and sustainable practices We are expanding our team to strengthen data-driven decision-making and process optimization Role Overview The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving strategic insights enhancing operational efficiency and supporting financial and commercial decision-making The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams Operations Finance Supply Chain HR and IT to design dashboards monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights that support business growth Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning financial forecasting and performance reviews Develop and maintain dashboards Power BI Tableau Excel to track plant operations costs and productivity Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis budget vs actual cost variance P L heat maps etc Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve production planning cost optimization and resource allocation Perform predictive analytics to forecast market trends labour costs raw material consumption and power utilization Support board-level presentations with actionable insights business cases and recommendations Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma DFSS and other methodologies Collaborate with IT teams to automate reporting and build custom tools to improve data visibility Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities Ensure alignment of KPIs with organizational goals and support compliance with corporate governance Key Skills Competencies Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Power BI Tableau Qlik Advanced Excel and SQL R Python Financial modelling cost analysis and strategic planning expertise Knowledge of ERP SAP systems and process automation tools Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with senior leadership Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt DFSS preferred Qualifications Experience MBA PGDM Business Analytics Finance Operations or Strategy from Tier-1 2 institutes preferred B Tech B E in Engineering Mechanical Industrial Production preferred 4-8 years of experience in business analysis strategy product business analytics or process excellence roles preferably in metals mining automotive or manufacturing sectors Experience in handling large datasets and delivering insights to leadership What We Offer Opportunity to work on strategic initiatives with direct visibility to senior leadership Exposure to global best practices in business analytics and process excellence A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment in the metals and mining industry Competitive compensation and benefits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
