Job Title Electrical Procurement Executive Location Thane Or Near by location Experience Required 1-2 years Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Procurement Executive to handle procurement activities for electrical materials equipment and services The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendor management price negotiations and ensuring timely delivery of quality products as per project and organizational requirements Key Responsibilities Handle procurement of electrical materials equipment and consumables Identify evaluate and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials Coordinate with the project site team to understand material requirements Maintain records of purchases pricing and vendor performance Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Monitor inventory levels and follow up for timely stock replenishment Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis Key Skills Required Knowledge of electrical materials equipment and procurement processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and ERP systems preferred Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Qualification Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering 1-2 years of experience in electrical procurement or similar role Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
