Project Role DevOps Engineer Project Role Description Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration delivery and deployment CI CD Cloud technologies Container Orchestration and Security Build and test end-to-end CI CD pipelines ensuring that systems are safe against security threats Must have skills Salesforce DevOps Good to have skills no additional skills Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure A typical day involves utilizing your knowledge in continuous integration delivery and deployment as well as working with cloud technologies and container orchestration You will also focus on ensuring the security of systems while building and testing end-to-end CI CD pipelines contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment Roles Responsibilities - Configure and customize Salesforce platform as per the requirements - Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events - Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding functional understanding - Contribute to determine business functional and technical requirements and participate in application design configuration testing and deployment - Good Triaging Troubleshooting Root cause and Impact analysis capabilities - Participate in efforts to develop execute testing and producing documentation where needed - Previous experience in CRM based product development in large projects is preferable - Creating timelines and development goals - Utilize best practices to develop perform any support needed enhancements bug fixes as required to the Salesforce com platform - Testing the stability and functionality of the application - Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes enhancements or how-to assistance - Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required - Communicate properly and make sure the information is clear and workable for all parties involved - Basic understanding of CI CD tools like Jenkins CLI Professional Technical Skills - Bachelor s degree in computer science or software engineering - Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Configurations like Lightning App Builder Lightning Quick Actions - Proficient in Apex Triggers and its framework Apex Classes LWC Flows Batch Apex Rest API Integrations - Proficient in Future Methods and Scheduled Queueable Apex Test Classes JavaScript HTML CSS and Visual Force - Understanding of Roles Sharing Security Model Public Groups Data Management Objects Page Layouts Profiles and Permission Sets - Good Knowledge in building Reports and Dashboards as per the requirement - Advanced knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment - ideally with SAFe experience - Extensive knowledge on Designing and developing on Salesfore com application - Specific experience with at least one of the areas is valued Service Cloud CTI integration Omni channel or Knowledge Management - Experience with online collaboration tools ideally Jira Confluence Mural - Knowledge of working on IDE like Eclipse VS Code - Excellent analytic and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues or business stakeholders - Ability to be flexible and work accurate and outcome based both independently and in a team environment in a high pressure multi-tasking setting with changing priorities - Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders to interact with various levels of management and to promote cross functional collaboration - Experience with DevOps environment is valued - Salesforce PD I certification and Administrator is valued Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
