Location Boisar Maharashtra Job Title Sr Production Executive - Biochemistry IVD About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sr Production Executive to manage and oversee the manufacturing of Biochemistry IVD products The role requires robust knowledge of regulatory compliance MDR-2017 ISO 13485 GMP and proven expertise in production planning quality control and process optimization Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and execute production in line with demand forecasts Ensure efficient use of manpower machinery and raw materials Oversee manufacturing of Biochemistry reagents as per Batch Manufacturing Records BMRs Monitor in-process quality parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs Maintain accurate production documentation as per MDR-2017 and ISO 13485 Coordinate with Stores QC QA and Dispatch for smooth operations Lead train and supervise production staff Implement process improvements Kaizen 5S Lean Manufacturing Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and corrective actions Support internal customer and regulatory audits Candidate Requirements Degree in Science Biochemistry Microbiology Biotechnology Life Sciences or Engineering in related discipline 5-10 years of production experience in IVD Pharma Medical Devices industry Strong understanding of GMP ISO 13485 and MDR-2017 Leadership and team management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 58 000 00 per month
