We are seeking an experienced Real Estate - FDD Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate to join our agile team based in Mumbai BKC The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in conducting Financial Due Diligence specifically within the real estate sector This role involves working closely with real estate developers investors and private equity firms providing in-depth financial analysis and due diligence support for real estate transactions Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Financial Due Diligence FDD assignments for real estate projects covering residential commercial and mixed-use developments Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements project costs revenue streams debt structures and key financial metrics Review compliance with applicable accounting standards regulatory guidelines and real estate specific reporting frameworks Interact with promoters project management teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant financial and operational data Identify key risks opportunities and potential deal-breakers providing clear concise insights to clients Prepare comprehensive FDD reports with actionable recommendations for investors and decision-makers Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax legal and market due diligence specialists Manage multiple assignments simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality Mentor and guide junior associates in FDD processes methodologies and real estate sector nuances Required Experience Skills Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in Financial Due Diligence specifically in the Real Estate sector Good understanding of real estate development lifecycle industry regulations and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and financial analysis tools Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Prior experience working with consulting firms Big 4 or real estate private equity firms is a plus Educational Qualification CA Must Why Join Us Exposure to large real estate deals Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing team with excellent learning prospects Cooperative work culture in a prime location at Mumbai BKC Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
