Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial interior and construction projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with design teams consultants contractors vendors and clients Prepare project timelines work schedules and resource plans Monitor daily site operations ensure progress as per the project schedule Ensure quality control safety standards and regulatory compliance on-site Manage procurement material tracking and vendor follow-ups Handle project budgeting cost estimation billing and reporting Resolve site issues design changes and client concerns efficiently Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely updates Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related field 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out and construction projects Solid technical knowledge of construction methods materials and interior detailing Proficient in project management tools MS Project Excel etc Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
