This is a Full-time opportunity with 100 Onsite work mode Candidate MUST be local to Hyderabad area Available to join immediately or on a short notice In-Person interview only We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect with deep expertise in Event-Driven Architecture EDA and Apache Kafka to design and lead the implementation of scalable high-performance distributed systems You will play a key role in architecting solutions that handle high-throughput event streaming ensuring system resiliency scalability and performance in real-time data environments Required Skills Qualifications 15 years of professional experience in Java J2EE development 5 years in architectural roles designing distributed scalable systems Deep understanding of Apache Kafka including topic design producer consumer optimization schema registry and message durability Experience with Spring Boot Spring Cloud or similar microservices frameworks Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture including concepts like event sourcing stream processing and domain-driven design DDD Experience with Kafka Streams Kafka Connect and KSQL is a plus Familiarity with other messaging systems like RabbitMQ Pulsar or AWS Kinesis is beneficial Hands-on with containerization and orchestration tools Docker Kubernetes Solid understanding of REST APIs JSON Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to mentor and guide teams in design and implementation Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in quick-paced environments Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 2 500 000 00 - 3 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
