Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions Handle employee documentation and maintain HR databases Oversee and manage the payroll system ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ensure statutory compliance related to HR and payroll functions Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives Provide HR support and guidance to team members across all levels Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and payroll Solid understanding of labor laws HR policies and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Job Type Full time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
