Key Responsibilities 1 Project-Based Procurement Manage procurement activities for materials finishes fixtures furniture HVAC electrical civil and interior elements Understand project BOQs GFC drawings and technical specifications to drive accurate sourcing Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines site conditions and client preferences 2 Vendor Development Management Build and maintain a reliable vendor base for civil works interior works modular furniture MEP and facade systems Evaluate vendor performance on cost quality delivery and service Ensure vendor compliance with company standards safety and statutory norms 3 Contract Rate Negotiation Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and subcontractors for maximum cost-efficiency Draft and finalize work orders service agreements and supply contracts 4 Coordination with Design Project Teams Work closely with design teams to understand material aesthetics and specifications Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for material requirement planning and delivery schedules 5 Inventory Logistics Track purchase orders delivery schedules and stock movement at site stores Ensure zero downtime due to material shortages at project sites 6 Cost Control Budgeting Maintain cost sheets and procurement budgets for each project Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising design or functionality 7 Market Intelligence Stay updated with trends in new materials vendor pricing and alternatives Source innovative sustainable and cost-effective material options Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Interior Design MBA or Supply Chain Management preferred 10-15 years of relevant experience in procurement sourcing in interior fit-out or construction D B companies Hands-on experience with vendor management BOQ interpretation and project procurement Skills Required Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent understanding of interior and architectural materials Ability to read technical drawings civil MEP interior Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD basic ERP Procurement systems Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration Job Type Full time Pay 90 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
