Job Title Senior Quantity Surveyor Sr QS Engineer Location HSR Layout Experience 6-7 years in real estate construction industry Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Roles Responsibilities Prepare review and monitor project budgets BOQs and detailed cost estimates Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications Track and certify contractor bills as per work progress Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors for cost-effective procurement Prepare rate analysis for civil finishing and MEP works Monitor project costs and provide periodic cash flow forecasts Assist in tender preparation floating tenders and bid analysis Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress for billing Manage and maintain records for variations and claims Prepare MIS reports related to cost billing and material consumption Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards Skills Required Strong knowledge of measurement techniques rate analysis and cost control Good knowledge of contracts preferably FIDIC CPWD Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software Candy Primavera ERP systems Excellent negotiation analytical and reporting skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per year Advantages Provident Fund
