Job Title Project Manager - Construction Location Chennai Tambaram to Mahindra City Salary Range 40 000 to 50 000 per month Experience Required 10 years Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from conception through completion The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing residential commercial or industrial construction projects and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets Supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage contracts negotiate terms and handle change orders Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to meet project goals Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery Resolve issues that arise on site promptly and efficiently Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field preferred Minimum of 13 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Excellent leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules Proficient in project management software e g MS Project Primavera or similar Strong communication and interpersonal skills PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Work Location In person
