Job description Company Overview Mapsted www mapsted com is a global leader in innovative location-based technology distinguished by its proprietary hardware-free solutions Founded in 2014 the company has pioneered the transformation of data chaos into actionable intelligence through advanced AI and machine learning Mapsted has meticulously mapped over one billion square feet of indoor space and holds more than 100 patents showcasing its commitment to trailblazing innovation Its unique ability to deliver scalable beacon-free indoor positioning with an accuracy of 1-5 meters places it at the forefront of the industry Job Summary The Director of Project Delivery EMEA Region India Remote is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale high-value projects for enterprise clients This role ensures timely delivery budget adherence and quality assurance while driving customer satisfaction and business growth The ideal candidate will lead a team of project managers develop strategic delivery frameworks and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize project execution for enterprise accounts Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the project delivery function for enterprise customers ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations Develop and implement best practices methodologies and frameworks for effective enterprise project delivery Manage and mentor a team of project managers and delivery professionals to ensure high performance in enterprise accounts Establish governance structures for enterprise projects ensuring risk management issue resolution and decision-making efficiency Monitor enterprise project performance tracking KPIs such as timelines budgets resource utilization and client satisfaction Foster strong collaboration with internal teams Sales Operations Product Development and Finance to ensure seamless enterprise project execution Engage directly with enterprise clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project outcomes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness for large-scale implementations Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure seamless integration with enterprise project needs Report on enterprise project status risks and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field MBA preferred 15 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling enterprise clients Proven track record of successfully delivering complex high-value enterprise projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and developing talent Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with enterprise clients Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for large-scale projects Proficiency in enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or equivalent PMP PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus Willingness to travel as needed for enterprise client engagement and project oversight Job Type Full-time Work Location Remote Job Type Full-time Benefits Work from home Schedule UK shift Work Location Remote
