Role Overview We are looking for a Cloud Security Administrator to join our global infrastructure team supporting U S -based operations This role is security-first focused on enforcing best practices across identity access network security and regulatory compliance frameworks SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA The ideal candidate will also support infrastructure provisioning monitoring and automation on AWS and Azure ensuring secure scalable and cost-effective operations Key Responsibilities Cloud Security Identity and Access Management IAM Network security firewalls NSGs VPC rules Threat detection and response SIEM IDS IPS Compliance SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA etc Vulnerability management e g Trivy Qualys Secure configurations and hardening Secrets management Key Vault KMS etc General Security Complete networking security Network security firewalls NSGs VPC rules Threat detection and response SIEM IDS IPS Compliance SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA etc Use of specialized tools to identify security risks Cloud Administration Secondary Responsibilities Provision and manage cloud infrastructure resources in AWS and Azure VMs storage networking Administer cloud-based databases such as Snowflake PostgreSQL and MySQL with a focus on access control and data protection Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform or CloudFormation Monitor performance usage and cost via CloudWatch Azure Monitor and dashboards Support CI CD integration with DevOps teams to embed security in deployment workflows Maintain infrastructure documentation runbooks and security operations playbooksPreferred Qualifications 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or security roles Hands-on experience with AWS and or Azure Robust understanding of identity network and data security best practices Familiarity with compliance frameworks SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA Experience with security tools like SIEM e g Sentinel Splunk Trivy Qualys Proficiency in scripting Python Bash or PowerShell for automationSoft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication across remote and cross-functional teams High attention to detail with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing security needs swiftly
