Contact Us (phone hidden) Email hr apaart in Job Title Interior Exterior Site Supervisor Location Mohali Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 2-5 years Interior Exterior Fit-Out Projects Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Exterior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities ensure quality control and manage timelines for residential and commercial projects The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of interior fit-outs exterior finishes civil work and vendor coordination Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site activities related to interior and exterior works including carpentry painting false ceiling POP electrical plumbing facade and civil work Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings BOQ and project timelines Coordinate with vendors contractors and suppliers to maintain work flow Conduct daily site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met Track and report project progress resource usage and site issues to the project manager Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues Monitor material inventory and requisition as per project needs Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports attendance logs and checklists Key Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior exterior project execution Robust technical knowledge of materials and processes used in interiors exteriors Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills Working knowledge of MS Office AutoCAD basic and project tracking tools Preferred Attributes Eye for detail and quality Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Willingness to travel to various sites as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person Expected Start Date 28 07 2025
