Job Title Project Engineer - Manufacturing- PAN India Job Responsibility We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-6 years of experience to lead the execution of mechanical and MEP projects across India The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution from planning to delivery while overseeing multiple teams on-site This role requires strong technical expertise excellent leadership skills and a focus on safety compliance and client satisfaction Previous experience in managing projects within the data centre industry or MEP installations is highly preferred Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Execution o Lead and manage the full execution of mechanical and MEP projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in line with the project scope and quality standards o Oversee the coordination of various teams engineering construction subcontractors on-site to ensure effective project delivery Team Management Coordination o Manage mentor and motivate project teams across various functions Ensure that team members are well-coordinated and working efficiently to meet deadlines and project milestones o Provide guidance and support to site engineers supervisors and other staff members to resolve issues and maintain smooth project operations Project Planning Tracking o Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations Ensure that all project activities are tracked and that progress aligns with delivery goals o Monitor project progress against key milestones identifying and mitigating any potential delays or issues Budget Cost Management o Plan control and track project budgets ensuring projects are executed within the financial constraints o Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising on quality ensuring the proper allocation of resources and materials Compliance Documentation Management o Oversee and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements safety standards and internal company policies Ensure that all site documentation is complete accurate and submitted on time o Handle all project-related compliance work including permits licenses safety audits and environmental regulations Drawing Should have Basic Auto Cad Experience and knowledge Should be able to read layouts and detailed drawings Client Liaison Stakeholder Management o Act as the primary point of contact between the client project stakeholders and internal teams Ensure effective communication of project updates issues and solutions o Address client concerns promptly deliver solutions and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle Billing Invoicing o Manage the billing process ensuring that project invoices are submitted accurately and on time Handle Material Issue Reports MIR and Job Material Requisitions JMR as part of the project s financial documentation Safety Risk Management o Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site particularly for high-risk activities such as work at height Ensure a safety-first culture across all teams and site personnel o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for identified project risks Technical Problem Solving o Provide technical oversight to ensure mechanical systems installations and structural alignments are executed correctly Resolve any technical challenges or discrepancies that arise during the project Quality Assurance o Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed on-site ensuring that all work complies with design specifications standards and regulations Key Skills Key Skills o Technical Skills o Basic knowledge of structural alignment and troubleshooting o Knowledge of MEP systems and their installation processes o Familiarity with safety practices especially working at height Communication Skills o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Ability to interact with clients contractors and internal teams professionally Additional Skills Preferred o Knowledge of site documentation project invoicing and site reporting o Familiarity with project management software and tools o Basic understanding of project budgeting and cost estimation o Ability to convert technical data into practical solutions o Preference Experience in the Data Centre industry and MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing service installation Mandatory Ready to travel Pan India as per projects Good Communication skills Target Industry Construction Engineering Industry Gender Male Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical installations particularly in the Data Centre industry or MEP services o Previous experience handling teams and site operations Job Location Hyderabad Mumbai Noida Chennai Kolkata -
