Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement and vendor management functions for our real estate and construction projects The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials negotiation skills and an understanding of supply chain best practices within the real estate industry Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets Source evaluate and finalize vendors for construction materials MEP interior items and other project needs Negotiate prices payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors and contractors Monitor purchase orders delivery status and ensure timely supply of materials Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance regularly Coordinate with project engineering and finance teams to understand material requirements and ensure smooth operations Track market trends and changes in prices to ensure cost-efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with company policies contracts and regulatory requirements Maintain records of purchases pricing and other significant data Optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages Develop cost-saving initiatives and reduce procurement risks Key Skills and Competencies In-depth knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with ERP systems SAP Oracle etc and MS Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
