We are looking for a smart and energetic Cold Calling Executive to help expand our sales in steel pipes fittings and CP sanitary fittings You will be calling dealers contractors plumbers and builders to introduce our product range and generate business leads If you are persuasive organized and confident on the phone we d love to have you on-board Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database Introduce and promote steel sanitary products to dealers plumbers retailers and construction professionals Share product details offers and pricing over call and WhatsApp Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the field sales team Maintain records of daily calls responses and lead status in Excel Google Sheets Meet weekly targets for calls and lead conversions Requirements Strong verbal communication in Kannada Hindi English and other regional language is a plus Basic knowledge of building materials plumbing or sanitaryware preferred Confident polite and persuasive phone manner Basic Excel or Google Sheet skills Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone calling tools Prior calling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM Salary Range 15000 to 20000 Per Month Job Type Full-time Pay 15 859 20 - 21 533 16 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
