Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from identifying staffing needs to sourcing screening and hiring qualified candidates You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms Source candidates through databases LinkedIn and other professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial phone video interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Provide timely updates to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience Extend job offers and coordinate pre-employment processes background checks documentation etc Maintain and update applicant tracking system ATS and recruitment reports Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies Stay up-to-date with labor laws hiring trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with ATS and HR databases e g Workday BambooHR Greenhouse Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Excellent organizational and time management abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for industry role type e g tech sales healthcare Recruitment agency or in-house recruiting background Knowledge of sourcing techniques like Boolean searches HR certification e g SHRM-CP PHR is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
