Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware software network and printer issues Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems software applications and network connectivity Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN WAN routers switches and firewalls Monitor system performance and ensure systems are operating efficiently Support the setup and maintenance of user accounts permissions and access rights Maintain IT inventory and documentation Assist with regular backups and data recovery tasks Work with vendors or third-party service providers when necessary Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 6 Months -2 years of experience in IT support or similar role Freshers may apply Basic understanding of Windows Linux operating systems Knowledge of networking concepts hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 antivirus and system tools Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Not mandatory Experience with ticketing systems or IT helpdesk tools Knowledge of cloud platforms e g Google Workspace AWS Azure Exposure to cybersecurity best practices Location Pitampura Delhi Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
