Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders and delivery challans Physically inspect raw materials metal sheets rods beams etc for quantity and quality Ensure proper labelling stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval Maintain inventory records in ERP software or manually as applicable Issue raw materials to the production team as per job card or requisition slip Assist in periodic stocktaking daily monthly yearly physical stock audits Monitor stock levels and inform Store In-charge of low stock or discrepancies Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area Co-ordinate with procurement QC and production departments for material availability Tag and segregate non-conforming or excess materials as per internal procedures Qualifications and Skills Minimum qualification 10 2 ITI Diploma in Mechanical or related field 1-3 years experience in material handling or store operations in a fabrication manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of raw materials used in fabrication steel grades pipe types etc Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic Excel Physically fit to handle material movement within safety norms Good organizational and communication skills Forklift or crane operation knowledge is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 086 00 - 32 829 57 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
