M E HYDRAULICS PVT LTD is seeking a CNC Machined Quality Engineer to ensure the dimensional accuracy and compliance of precision CNC-machined components The ideal candidate will have robust experience in quality inspection GD T and hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments in a manufacturing or engineering environment Responsibilities Perform first article in-process and final inspection of CNC machined components Use precision measuring tools including calipers micrometers height gauges thread gauges etc Interpret and analyze engineering drawings blueprints and GD T Document and report non-conformances perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions CAPA Prepare and maintain inspection reports control plans PPAPs and quality records Collaborate with CNC operators production and design teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Diploma or bachelor s degree in mechanical or production engineering 2 years of experience in quality inspection of CNC-machined parts Proficient in precision measurement tools Strong knowledge of GD T and engineering tolerances Familiar with quality standards ISO 9001 IATF 16949 etc Experience with Microsoft Excel Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
