About Maxwell At Maxwell Energy Systems we build advanced electronics and software solutions for electric vehicles and energy storage systems As we scale we are looking for passionate individuals to join our journey in powering the future of clean energy Requirements Role Overview We re seeking a self-motivated IT Support Intern to assist our IT team with day-to-day support and infrastructure maintenance This role is ideal for freshers with a basic understanding of IT systems and a strong eagerness to learn Key Responsibilities - Assist with hardware setup and troubleshooting laptops printers peripherals - Provide basic support for OS-level issues Windows Linux and software installation - Support internal users with IT issues via in-person chat or email - Help maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot basic LAN Wi-Fi issues - Maintain inventory of IT assets and update system documentation - Assist with user onboarding offboarding tasks including email system and access setup Qualifications - Basic understanding of computer hardware operating systems and networking fundamentals - Keen interest in IT systems troubleshooting and enterprise tools - Good verbal and written communication skills - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree diploma in IT Computer Science or related field Benefits What You ll Gain - Hands-on experience with corporate IT infrastructure and tools - Exposure to enterprise-level support processes and systems - Prospect to work in a fast-growing clean-tech company with a mission-driven culture Location Maxwell Energy Systems Bangalore Duration 3 months extendable to 6 months
