We are looking for a Visa Filing Officer with at least one year of experience handling visa applications for USA and Canada The officer will assist clients in preparing and submitting visa documents accurately and timely Guide clients through the entire visa application process Accurately fill out visa application forms for different visa categories tourist student work etc Collect organize and verify all required documents before submission Submit visa applications and track their progress Stay updated with changing visa policies and embassy requirements Communicate with clients to provide updates and answer queries Maintain proper records of each application and client interaction Coordinate with embassies consulates and visa centers as needed Job Type Full time Experience Visa filing USA Canada 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 08 2025 Expected Start Date 25 07 2025
