Quality Control Lead — Home Textiles (RTIPL, Indore)

Ramesh Textiles India Pvt. Ltd. (RTIPL) — a vertically integrated home textile manufacturer in Indore is hiring a Quality Control Lead.

Role

n

Lead QC across cut–stitch–pack, and act as the connecting point with in-process and weaving QC teams — guiding them, aligning standards, and making sure quality holds from loom to carton.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Own end-to-end QC for cutting, stitching, and packing
n
Set and enforce quality parameters at each stage — cutting accuracy, stitching/make-up quality, measurements, packing and presentation
n
Run AQL-based final inspections; maintain inspection records and reports
n
Coordinate closely with in-process and weaving QC — guide their teams, align standards, and close quality gaps across departments
n




Investigate defects, drive root-cause corrective action, and prevent recurrence
n
Ensure compliance with buyer specs and certifications
n
Train, supervise, and build a dependable QC team
n

Requirements

n

n
6+ years in textile/garment/made-ups QC, with robust exposure to cut–stitch–pack
n
Solid understanding of weaving and in-process quality (to guide those teams)
n
Solid grip on defect analysis, testing methods, and AQL sampling
n
Experience with export quality norms and certification audits
n
Diploma/degree in Textile Technology or related field
n
Based in or willing to relocate to Indore
