/n What You'll Own
/n ● Lead the Business Finance and FP&A; charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
/n ● Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.
/n ● Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
/n ● Turn complex data into transparent insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
/n ● Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.
/n ● Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.





/n ● Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A; team.

/n What We're Looking For
/n ● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
/n ● Robust Business Finance and FP&A; experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
/n ● Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.
/n ● Solid analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
/n ● Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
/n ● Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
